PHASE 3: NDA AND INDICATION OF INTEREST

We provide a streamlined amount of due diligence to interested parties, post NDA, and screen these parties for interest level and commitment before we distract you or your team.

PHASE 4: MANAGEMENT PRESENTATIONS

Conduct in-depth management meetings with pre-screened buyers. Let’s you personally assess fit of the buyer and tell the story of the business directly. Interested parties submit Letters of Intent with specific valuations and deal parameters and we select the winning buyer.

PHASE 5: FINALIZE DUE DILIGENCE & CLOSING

Now that you’ve chosen the right buyer, we complete all confirmatory due diligence, work alongside legal counsel to negotiate major deal terms, and prepare for the transaction closing and funding.

Mike Lambrix

Mike Lambrix is a Managing Director and the head of Erben Associates’ mergers and acquisition advisory business, Erben M&A Advisors. Mike brings nearly two decades of deal-making experience to the team. Having worked across Bulge Bracket investment banks, family offices, and boutique advisors, Mike brings a unique mix of Wall Street experience to founder-owned businesses and first-time sellers.

Prior to Erben M&A Advisors, Mike was a Managing Director and the head of US M&A for Sampford Advisors, Canada’s #1 mid-market technology Investment Bank. While at Sampford, Mike executed over 25 technology sell-side transactions, representing hundreds of millions in transaction value. Mike started his career in New York with UBS Investment Banking in their Telecom, Media, and Technology group.

Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
