Charlie Scornavacco

Charlie joined Erben M&A Advisors in January 2025 as an Analyst on the mergers and acquisitions advisory team. Charlie works with the M&A team to facilitate the successful sale of founder-owned businesses. Charlie’s work includes financial modeling, transaction support, market research, pitchbook preparation, client engagement, and coordination with legal and compliance teams. Charlie joined the team with two years of deal experience working on lower-middle market healthcare-focused transactions.
Born and raised in Deerfield, Illinois, Charlie moved to Austin in 2020 to attend The University of Texas at Austin. Charlie received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the McCombs School of Business.
Charlie values working closely with business owners to facilitate smooth transactions, always prioritizing the seller’s exit goals.
Outside of work, Charlie spends his time with friends and family, watching football, playing golf, or trying new restaurants and activities around Austin.
