Mike Lambrix is a Managing Director and the head of Erben Associates’ mergers and acquisition advisory business, Erben M&A Advisors. Mike brings nearly two decades of deal-making experience to the team. Having worked across Bulge Bracket investment banks, family offices, and boutique advisors, Mike brings a unique mix of Wall Street experience to founder-owned businesses and first-time sellers.
Prior to Erben M&A Advisors, Mike was a Managing Director and the head of US M&A for Sampford Advisors, Canada’s #1 mid-market technology Investment Bank. While at Sampford, Mike executed over 25 technology sell-side transactions, representing hundreds of millions in transaction value. Mike started his career in New York with UBS Investment Banking in their Telecom, Media, and Technology group.
Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
